TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance of 10 laboratory dishwashers from Miele (2026 - 2029) The units are to be serviced once per year in the years 2026 to 2029 (4th quarter). The contractor (AN) agrees the date with the contracting authority (AG) at least two weeks in advance. In addition, if required, the contractor (AN) shall carry out repairs of the respective units in consultation with the contracting authority (AG). Any repairs shall be carried out using individual call-offs based on the maintenance and service contract. Scope of maintenance: The maintenance must be carried out according to the manufacturer’s specifications and comprises at least the following activities: o Querying users (laboratory staff) about faults with the units. o Visual inspection for damage. o Preventive replacement of wear parts according to the manufacturer’s specifications. o Checking the strainers, nozzles and spray arms. o Checking the door mechanism and door seal. o Checking the screw connections and fittings in the wash chamber. o Checking the dosing pumps. o Check water feed and drain. o Check the collecting tray with drain pump and non-return valve. o Check the drying unit. o Carry out the electrical safety test. o…
