TENDER DESCRIPTION
The state of Hesse operates, for the provision of its services, server and storage systems from the manufacturers Dell, EMC2, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Netapp and Oracle. To a small extent, switches from the manufacturers Alcatel, Cisco, HP, EMC and Brocade (<1%) are additionally managed in ready-made solutions. After expiry of the manufacturer maintenance for the above-mentioned components, these systems are generally continued in use. The objective of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a maintenance contract for server and storage systems as well as switches outside the manufacturer support.
