TENDER DESCRIPTION
The State of Hesse operates, for the provision of its services, server and storage systems from the manufacturers Dell, EMC2, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Netapp and Oracle. To a small extent, switches from the manufacturers Alcatel, Cisco, HP, EMC and Brocade (<1%) are also supported in ready-made solutions. After the manufacturer maintenance for the above-mentioned components has expired, these systems are, as a rule, continue to be used. The aim of this tender procedure is to conclude a maintenance contract for server and storage systems as well as switches outside the manufacturer support.
