The contract includes the following main services: - Lot 1: Maintenance of heat supply systems and room air heaters with fault management. - Lot 2: Maintenance of heat supply systems with fault management. --- The contract includes the following required services: - A fitter hourly rate is agreed for repair services. - Surcharge rates (in %) are agreed for services outside operating hours. - A lump-sum travel cost allowance is agreed for repair services that are not carried out together with the scheduled, periodic maintenance. --- The contract includes the following scope of services: - Lot 1: 16 heat supply systems and 23 room air heaters - Lot 2: 16 heat supply systems --- Further information is provided in the tender documents!
