TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of its sovereign duties, the municipality is required to provide adequate lighting in its territory for public roads and areas (public street lighting) that meets the statutory requirements of its general duty of ensuring public safety. The municipalities intend to enter into a maintenance contract for the operation and upkeep of the municipality’s light points for illuminating streets within the meaning of the road act of the federal state to which the municipality belongs (public traffic areas).
