TENDER DESCRIPTION
The University Hospital Münster intends to conclude a framework agreement for the rental, service, and installation of water dispensers (Lot 1) as well as the continuous provision of PET bottles (Lot 2) in order to make the continuous supply of drinking water at the University Hospital more efficient and effective and to further improve the already high hygienic standards. The contractor provides all services necessary for proper, timely, and safe execution. This includes, in particular, the provision of necessary minor dismantling and assembly work as well as compliance with all occupational safety, security, and hygiene regulations. During the contract period, additional properties may be added or removed. Planning must take into account that not all buildings have elevators and that ongoing hospital operations must not be impaired at any time. According to current calculations, the tendered service includes the delivery and provision of 50 water dispensers over the total contract period as well as the call-off of approximately 30,000 PET water bottles per month, assuming all 50 water dispensers are in use simultaneously.
