TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns planning services for Technical Equipment (Electrical and Building Management/Control Systems (MSR)) pursuant to § 55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15, service phases 1-4, as well as a functional service description for a design-and-build (GU) tender. The allocation of costs to cost groups according to DIN 276 as well as the attributable costs of the plant groups (AG) relevant to this tender are as follows: - Cost group KG 300: Building - Building structure: 10,000,000 EUR; - Cost group KG 400: Building - Technical systems (total budget): 2,720,000 EUR. Of this: - TGA Electrical (KG440 + KG450): 895,000 EUR; - MSR (KG480): 40,000 EUR. The planning is to begin immediately after award of the contract. The following binding interim and final dates are defined for preparation of service phases 1-4 and for the contribution to the functional service description (FLB) for the subsequent overall design-and-build (GU) procedure: - By 31.03.2027 (design planning / LPH 3); - Approval planning (LPH 4): handover of all documents, shaft plans and evidence relevant for approval within 6 weeks after release of the design by the WBI; - Functional service description…
