TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender comprises planning services for the Technical Equipment electrical and HVAC/Control (MSR) in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15, service phases 1-4, as well as a functional performance description for a general contractor (GU) tender. The allocation of costs to the cost groups in accordance with DIN 276 and the eligible (costs that can be credited) for the plant groups (AG) relevant to this invitation to tender is as follows: - KG 300: Building - Building structure: EUR 10,000,000; - KG 400: Building - Technical installations (total budget): EUR 2,720,000. Of this: - Electrical TGA (KG440 + KG450): EUR 895,000; - HVAC/Control (MSR) (KG480): EUR 40,000. The planning is to begin immediately after award of the contract.
