TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the services and service profiles under the HOAI for the following planning services to a general planner: - object planning for engineering structures in accordance with §§ 41 et seq. HOAI, service phases 1 to 9, including on-site construction supervision in accordance with Annex 12 to HOAI 2021 as a special service - specialist planning for structural engineering (§§ 49 et seq. HOAI), service phases 1 to 6 - specialist planning for technical equipment (§§ 53 et seq. HOAI), service phases 1 to 9 for process engineering and electrical engineering (HVAC/EMR technology/control technology). - if required: fire protection services in accordance with AHO publication series No. 17 (as of 2022), service phases 1 to 8 - if required: planning-support surveying in accordance with Annex 1.4.2 et seq. to HOAI 2021, service phase 1 to 4 - if required: construction surveying in accordance with Annex 1.4.5 et seq. to HOAI 2021, service phase 1 to 5 The contracting authority initially commissions only service phases 1 to 3 in accordance with HOAI and reserves the right to commission the remaining service phases individually or as a whole.
