The contract timeline indicates that the term for order fulfillment is either 210 days (default) or 180 days (if shortened). The completion date of the contract is defined by the Employer's signing of the final acceptance protocol, which confirms the full scope of implementation has been executed. This performance period also includes time for correcting any identified irregularities, errors, or defects during the acceptance process.

Key milestones or phases include partial and final acceptance. The Contractor must notify readiness for partial or final acceptance at least 7 days before the scheduled deadline, and the Employer must conduct the acceptance within 3 working days of the notification, but no later than the completion date of that specific part of the Agreement or the entire Agreement as defined in the schedule.

The warranty period for the implementation service begins from the date the final acceptance protocol is signed. This warranty period can be 36, 48, or 60 months, with different point allocations during the evaluation for each duration. New deadlines for project completion can be set in cases of delays due to the Employer, force majeure, significant design changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

The project also aims to achieve specific maturity levels (level 4 or 5) for various e-service applications, such as applications for urban planning decisions, land division/merger, certificates regarding land designation in the local spatial development plan (MPZP), excerpts from studies/POG, building house numbers, permits for access road localization/reconstruction, decisions on planned cable connection routes, temporary occupation of road lanes, and placing devices in road lanes.
