TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The contract includes the performance of an IT system for digital e-services together with the supply of equipment, implementation and maintenance. 2. Subject to the provisions of the SWZ, the materials and devices necessary for performing the subject matter of the contract are fully secured by the Contractor. When performing the contract, the Contractor is entitled to use materials or devices from any manufacturer, provided that they meet the requirements and have technical, quality, functional and usability parameters not worse than those specified in the documentation forming the description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance are defined by: 1) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – SOPZ. 2) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Template of the contract. 4.
