TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender outlines a 36-month contract for the comprehensive implementation and ongoing maintenance of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the provision of a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC) service. TENDER BRIEF
The contract timeline is as follows:
For Package 1 (Implementation and Maintenance of Information Security Management System - SZBI):
- Total Duration: 36 months from the contract conclusion date.
- Stage I (Implementation and Documentation Works): To be completed and submitted for acceptance no later than 6 months from the contract conclusion date. This period includes time for acceptance and rectification of any identified defects or shortcomings.
- Stage II (Maintenance, Improvement, and Updates of SZBI): Provided after the acceptance of Stage I for a minimum period of 30 months, but not less than 36 months from the contract conclusion date. If Stage I is accepted before the 6-month mark, Stage II will commence from the acceptance date and continue until the end of the contract period without additional remuneration.
- Schedule Submission: The contractor must submit a detailed schedule for Stage I within 7 working days of concluding the contract.
For Package 2 (SOC Service Provision):
- Total Duration: 36 months from the contract conclusion date, which includes the Preparatory Stage.
- Preparatory Stage: To be completed no later than 3 months from the contract conclusion date. This stage includes pre-implementation analysis, technical design, implementation and configuration of SIEM and Incident Management System, installation of collectors/agents, log correlation, notification tests, administrator instruction, and the first vulnerability scan.
- Full SOC Service: Commences from the date of signing the Commissioning Acceptance Protocol (confirming the completion of the Preparatory Stage) and continues until the end of the 36-month contract period.
- Schedule Submission: The contractor must submit a detailed schedule for the Preparatory Stage within 7 working days of concluding the contract.
