TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design, supply and implementation of a comprehensive platform for electronic public services for residents and businesses, including an internet portal and a consistent mobile application (Android/iOS) providing, among other things, online payments, personalised information (taxes, fees, correspondence), a waste collection schedule, reporting defects in public space, public consultations, a tourism module, together with authentication via the National Electronic Identification Node. The contract also includes digitalisation of back-office processes necessary for providing these e-services, including modernisation of domain systems handling local taxes and fees, waste management and finance and the budget, along with integrations (e-Deliveries, KSeF, Poczta Polska), implementation of an information security management system and a payroll and HR system with an employee portal.
