TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the implementation of PIM and PAM class systems as part of the technical infrastructure of the City Municipality of Gdańsk, together with development and maintenance services. The subject of the contract will be carried out within the scope of the Basic Contract, with the possibility of performing the Optional Contract Scope. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Basic Scope (in accordance with the definition in the IPU): a) Stage 1: Pre-implementation analysis, b) Stage 2: System implementation (support), c) Stage 3: Maintenance Services provided under the Warranty. 2) Optional Scope (in accordance with the definition in the IPU): a) Stage 4: Ordered Services 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, quantities, and conditions for performance is set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (“OPZ”) and the Essential Contract Provisions (“IPU”).
