TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an electronic document circulation system (EOD) for the development of data analytics and the digitisation of processes at the Military University of Arts in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Description of the subject of the contract – Annex No 2 to the Terms of Reference; 2) Draft contractual provisions – Annex No 11 to the Terms of Reference. 3. The documents must be read together with amendments to the Terms of Reference content, e.g. resulting from the answers provided to requests from potential contractors. 4. Rules for providing the pre-implementation analysis. The pre-implementation analysis may not be provided in an unlimited manner because it contains sensitive data from the point of view of the Contracting Authority. The document includes detailed information concerning the Contracting Authority’s environment, processes, configuration, and organisational and technical conditions, the disclosure of which could violate information security rules or the Contracting Authority’s interests.
