The contract enters into force on the date the last party signs it. The maximum duration of the Framework Contract (FWC) is 48 months from its entry into force. The initial duration of the framework contract is 12 months from the date of entry into force. It can be automatically renewed up to three times for additional periods of 12 months each, unless one party provides notification not to renew at least three months before the current period expires. The contract concludes when both parties have fulfilled their contractual obligations.

The statement of work summary outlines several indicative deliverables, which will be specified in individual contracts or order forms. These deliverables include:

• Technical Roadmap and Architecture Review: A document detailing the strategic direction for the Next.js and Storyblok ecosystem, with recommendations for scalability, security, and performance optimizations.
• Maintenance and Performance Reports: Regular reports on website uptime, loading speeds, security patch status, dependency updates, and system health metrics, including analytics and logs.
