TENDER DESCRIPTION
A three-axle front-steering vehicle chassis is to be supplied for use as a swappable-vehicle carrier (WLF 26) in accordance with the standards DIN 14505, DIN EN 1846 and DIN 14502. The chassis must have a permitted gross vehicle weight of 26,000 kg (upplated chassis are not permitted), must comply with vehicle category 1, and must have a 6x2-4 drive configuration with differential lock as well as a steerable lift axle at the rear (weight class S). The contractor must act as general contractor without exception and, by submitting the bid, guarantees the full compatibility of the chassis and bodywork. The chassis configuration must be coordinated with the contracting authority without exception before production/release. All resulting delivery/transfer costs or third-party costs must be included in the overall costing. Only new vehicles are permitted for the main offer. A reduction of the contractual scope of performance will not be accepted.
