TENDER DESCRIPTION

A three-axle front-steering chassis is to be supplied for use as a swap-body loader vehicle (WLF 26) in accordance with the standards DIN 14505, DIN EN 1846 and DIN 14502. The chassis must have a permissible gross vehicle weight of 26,000 kg (chassis with added load are not permitted), comply with vehicle category 1 and have a drive configuration 6x2-4 with differential lock as well as a steerable lift axle at the rear (weight class S). The contractor must be the general contractor without exception and, by submitting the offer, guarantees complete compatibility of the chassis and the superstructure. The chassis configuration must be agreed in writing with the contracting authority prior to production/approval without exception. All transfer costs or third-party costs that arise are to be included in the overall costing. Only new vehicles are permitted for the main bid. Any reduction of the scope of performance owed will not be accepted.
