TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract consists of 2 lots: Lot 1 Weighbridge software and digitisation of accompanying letters This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and further development of software for recycling points (material recovery facilities) and soil storage and processing sites. The weighbridge software supports the management of soil streams and the bulky waste process by registering vehicles, monitoring transport movements, and capturing and exchanging all related data with other systems. In addition, this lot will have to provide software that digitises the accompanying letter and supports drivers with a mobile app for loading and unloading. Lot 2 Weighbridge hardware (and peripheral equipment) This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and replacement of hardware for recycling points (material recovery facilities) and soil storage and processing sites. This lot includes the physical hardware components and the associated maintenance. Software, management and other services fall outside the scope of this lot, unless they are explicitly included as an option.
