TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority wishes to contract a contractor to conduct research into the resilience of the increasing decentralized energy system and its significance for the integrated energy system. The assignment focuses on developing a coherent picture of the resilience of decentralized energy systems. It investigates how resilience can be defined, assessed and strengthened, and under what conditions decentralized energy systems can contribute to the resilience of the energy system as a whole. The assignment includes at least the elaboration of a conceptual framework, an assessment framework, an analysis of risks and impact scenarios, measures to increase resilience, and perspectives for policy, innovation and practice.
