TENDER DESCRIPTION
The new residential area is intended to become a green, socially mixed and climate-friendly “garden city”, in which diverse types of housing with a maximum of 400 dwelling units (WE), differentiated open spaces and attractive community areas form a lively neighbourhood. At the same time, a well-integrated district ensemble is sought, which preserves the character typical of the locality. The overall concept shall enable development in construction phases. The RPW competition serves to ensure urban planning quality, taking into account the cost-effectiveness of the future development. Even in the early planning phase, competition requirements relating to energy-efficient and sustainable construction must be taken into account.
