TENDER DESCRIPTION

The new residential area is intended to become a green, socially mixed and climate-friendly “garden city”, in which diverse types of housing with a maximum of 400 dwelling units (WE), differentiated open spaces and attractive community places form a vibrant neighborhood. At the same time, a well-integrated district ensemble is envisaged, which preserves the location-typical character. The overall concept is to enable development in construction phases. The RPW competition serves to ensure urban planning quality while taking into account the economic viability of the future development. Even in the early planning phase, competition requirements relating to energy-efficient and sustainable construction must be taken into account.
