TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a central measure of domestic and foreign marketing in RN-D, a content pool has already been created on the BSCW server (Informationstechnikzentrum Bund (ITZBund)) and filled with initial image material. This is to be expanded into a continuously growing, current and multimedia content pool. All content must be usable for internal and external communication and be available in digital form. When creating the content, gender neutrality, diversity and accessibility must be taken into account. In this context, it is important to comply with usage rights and source references (see the section on usage rights). The products must be provided in German and English so that they can also be distributed to international partner organisations. The content is intended to expand the content pool of the contracting authority (AG) that already exists and to build on the defined personas of RN-D. For cross-media use, the content must be created in appropriately suitable formats. In addition to the products created (e.g. content, images, etc.), the AG must also be provided with the editable/open files.
