TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of framework agreements with one economic operator per lot for the provision of all workshop and service services for the fleet of enercity Netz GmbH in the Greater Hanover area. The fleet comprises around 386 vehicles (passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, trailers, and special vehicles with special superstructures such as loading cranes and mobile elevated work platforms). The services include in particular: - inspections and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications, - wear-and-tear and repair work, rectification following accidents, - statutory inspections (HU/AU, UVV, SP, GAP), - bodywork and paintwork, - tyre and air-conditioning service, - work on high-voltage components of electrified vehicles (DGUV Information 209-093, HV qualification levels 2 and 3), - procurement and installation of OEM original spare parts, - collection and delivery service (free of charge within the Hanover region). enercity Netz GmbH operates its own vehicle workshop.
