TENDER DESCRIPTION

VISTA college wishes, through this European procurement procedure, in accordance with the restricted procedure (non-open procedure), to contract two (2) contractors per lot for the provision of services in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. With each selected contractor, a framework agreement is concluded separately for the relevant lot. The contract concerns supporting VISTA college in filling vacancies for structural positions within the organization, in particular for positions that are difficult to fill. The services explicitly relate to recruitment and selection for employment with VISTA college and do not include any forms of temporary staffing, secondment, or the engagement of self-employed persons.
