TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to have the recruitment and selection of management and strategic functions (scales 11 to 15) and of strategically supporting roles carried out externally, with the aim of permanent employment and therefore explicitly not recruitment through a secondment or flex arrangement.
