TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the trade fair grounds of the City of Dortmund, at Strobelallee, a new build is being constructed consisting of two exhibition halls and a conference centre with more than 50,000 m² GFA. The contracting unit V04 construction site set-up and logistics includes the following services: construction site logistics planning, construction site logistics personnel, access control and traffic management by means of online notification and signage, camera-based surveillance, provision and operation of container facilities, implementation of a central disposal logistics service, and various protection and locking measures. The services are to be provided starting, most likely, in mid-December for a period of, most likely, 50 months.
