TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract to be awarded "Shell Construction" concerns the new construction of two exhibition halls and a conference center with more than 50,000 m² gross floor area and includes the following services: special deep foundation work (bored piles, well foundation), concrete work, masonry work, insulation and sealing work, steel construction work, early technical central fit-out. The services are to be performed from approximately the end of October 2026 within a period of 596 working days.
