TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this invitation to tender is the establishment and control of a “BUGA 2035 workshop space – 1st implementation design competition”, in which the competition task is developed with public participation and the 1st implementation design competition is designed, organized, carried out and moderated in all necessary parts and procedural steps. For this purpose, the contracting entity shall essentially provide the following services: a) Support for the participatory process for defining the objectives and content of BUGA 2035 with different stakeholders b) Consolidation of the results, urban planning assessment, and development of the competition brief in coordination with the city administration c) Preparation of the competition invitation text, preparation for and support of an EU-wide open two-stage RPW procedure (1st implementation design competition BUGA 2035) The period for providing the services is June 2027 to December 2028. A detailed description of the scope of services can be found in the annex “Service Description”.
