TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this invitation to tender is the establishment and management of a "BUGA 2035 workshop space - 1st implementation competition", in which the competition task is created with public participation and the 1st implementation competition is designed, organized, conducted and moderated in all parts and procedural steps required for this purpose. For this purpose, the contractor shall essentially provide the following services: a) Support for the participatory process to define the objectives and contents of BUGA 2035 with different stakeholders b) Summarization of the results, urban planning assessment and development of the competition task in coordination with the city administration c) Preparation of the call-for-entries text, preparation and support for an EU-wide open, two-stage RPW procedure (1st implementation competition BUGA 2035) The period for providing the services is scheduled to be June 2027 - December 2028.
