TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends, as of 1 January 2027, to continue the self-insured employer liability for the WGA. The contract will be awarded to the most suitable party and, as a follow-on from this, an agreement will be granted accordingly. The assessment of the Tenders will be carried out on the basis of the award criterion best price-quality ratio (BPKV). This criterion is further described in these tender specifications. The contracting authority is a self-insured employer for the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet). The contracting authority intends, during the period of self-insured employer liability for the WGA, to remain a self-insured employer also for the Sickness Benefits Act. In 2025, the contracting authority has 1,037 employees with wages. The total expected WIA annual wage sum of the contracting authority in 2025 amounts to € 49,684,435. - The actual scope of the contract is known after the final premium statement for WGA insurance.
