TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority is considering continuing the own risk bearer status for the WGA as of 1 January 2027. Whether the contracting authority will actually continue the own risk bearer status with a private insurance for the WGA depends on whether the own risk bearer status is a (financially) more attractive option than financing the WGA through the UWV or managing it in-house. Robidus will conduct the analysis to determine the foregoing. The contracting authority had 606 employees as of the reference date 31-12-2025. The capped wage sum for 2025 amounts to € 29,306,232.17. The actual scope of the contract will be known after the final premium notification for the WGA insurance.
