TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is considering continuing, with effect from 1 January 2027, its self-insurer status for the WGA. Whether the contracting entity will in fact continue the self-insurer status for the WGA with a private insurance policy depends on the fact of whether the self-insurer status is a (financially) more attractive option than arranging the WGA financing with the UWV or taking it in-house. Robidus will carry out the analysis in order to determine the foregoing. As at the reference date 31-12-2025, the contracting authority had 606 employees in its service. The capped payroll for 2025 amounts to € 29.306.232,17. The actual scope of the contract is known after the final premium statement for the WGA insurance.
