TENDER DESCRIPTION

Widzewski Playground Park” – design and build in the system The subject of the order is to prepare design documentation and carry out construction works consisting in expanding and equipping an existing playground. The order includes preparing complete design documentation and obtaining opinions, arrangements/agreements, permits, decisions/no objection required for the implementation of the task, along with carrying out the construction works in full scope, refurbishing or purchasing and installing elements of small architecture, constructing a walkway that provides access to the playground, and establishing/restoring lawns, based on design documentation prepared and accepted by the Contracting Authority. The detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the functional and utility programme.
