TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Erkrath, represented by the Real Estate Management, Department 65 (hereinafter referred to as "Client"), intends to rebuild the school center at Rankestraße 4-6 in Erkrath following the fire incident on May 13, 2025. A grammar school and a secondary school (Realschule) are affected. As a result of the fire, both schools are no longer usable and must be replaced by new buildings. The client intends the contractor to plan and construct turnkey a four-track grammar school and a three-track secondary school including outdoor facilities with a modern learning atmosphere (cluster formation) and additional special areas such as an auditorium, cafeteria, and educational spaces, as well as to commission and maintain them (general contractor contract). The contract scope also includes fully planning, procuring, delivering, mounting if necessary, and handing over loose furniture for teaching, administrative, and special rooms in operational condition.
