TENDER DESCRIPTION

The knowledge platform WIESO (knowledge internally organized uniformly and systematically) — and thus the underlying software — is to be made available to approximately 5,000 users at the 32 Offices for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (ÄELF), the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism (StMELF), as well as the State Leadership Academy (FüAk). The subject matter of the contract is therefore the corresponding software licenses (including, for example, a license for systems with several interconnected servers) as well as the implementation (installation) and maintenance (updates, support, training) of operational readiness. For the agreed services, reference is accordingly made to the EVB-IT system contract. The term shall be 4 years.
