TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the execution of the concept (Stage I) and, based on it, the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation including a technical expert opinion of the pedestrian footbridge (Stage II) along with obtaining the Decision authorizing the implementation of the road investment issued by the first-instance authority (fulfilling all requirements arising from Polish law applicable on the date of the commencement of the tender procedure regarding both the form and required procedure established in the Act of 10 April 2003 on special principles of preparation and implementation of investments in the scope of public roads (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2024, item 311)), or obtaining a building permit issued by the first-instance authority and applicable regulations for the task "Elevator across the tracks to the doctor – removal of barriers – helping everyone, we connect the Zaodrze and Szczepanowice districts" in the scope of project documentation preparation.
