TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of winter maintenance services for three years for sites at the WSA Donau MDK / Außenbezirk Passau. The winter maintenance services are to be carried out in the years 2027; 2027/2028 and 2028/2029. The scope of services totals approximately 21,718 m². The winter maintenance services include the following operating facilities: - Collection point Vilshofen 965 m² - Landing stage Heining 820 m² - Off-ramp and yard Passau 15,510 m² - Access road to the switchyard Schleuse 1,000 m² - Weir Kachlet 2,353 m² - Collection point Lindau 1,070 m² In order to enable safe operation and access to the facilities, the areas, entrances, access roads and stairways designated in the site plans must be cleared of snow and ice. All specified areas must be cleared and gritted in a traffic-safe manner of snow and ice every day (7-day week) from 15 November to 31 March at 06:00. In the first winter period 2027, only from 01.02.2027 to 31 March 2027 is it to be cleared. All further winter periods from 15 November to 31 March.
