TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the performance of winter service at the locks, the operating site, and the operating roads within the area of responsibility of the Außenbezirk Hilpoltstein. The winter service specifically includes the following operational facilities: Lock Leerstetten Lock Eckersmühlen Lock Hilpoltstein Lock Bachhausen including the Dülloh pumped storage facility Operating site of Außenbezirk Hilpoltstein To ensure safe and accessible pedestrian and vehicle access on the operating site, the areas, access points, driveways, and stairs marked on the site plan must be cleared of snow and ice. This is to comply with the traffic safety obligations for own and external personnel as well as for navigators. The winter service period begins on December 1st each year and ends on March 31st of the following year. The contract starts on 01.12.2026 and ends on 31.03.2028. The contractor is responsible for clearing and gritting the marked areas according to the attached site plans.
