TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of winter service at the locks, the operating premises as well as the operational routes within the jurisdiction of the Hilpoltstein Outer District. The execution of the winter service particularly includes the following operational facilities: Leerstetten Lock Eckersmühlen Lock Hilpoltstein Lock Bachhausen Lock including Dülloh Pumped Storage Plant Operating premises of the Hilpoltstein Outer District In order to ensure a safe, walkable and drivable access on the operating premises, the areas, accesses, driveways and stairs marked in the site plan must be cleared of snow and ice. This is to meet the requirements of the traffic safety obligation for own and third-party personnel as well as for shipping users. The winter service period begins on 1 December each year and ends on 31 March of the following year. The contract starts on 01.12.2026 and ends on 31.03.2028. The contractor is responsible for clearing and gritting the marked areas according to the attached site plans.
