TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the execution of winter service at the locks and operational premises of the Nürnberg external district on the federal waterway Main-Danube Canal (MDK). The execution of the winter service includes the following operational facilities: LOT 1: Lock Kriegenbrunn (14,500 m²) Lock Erlangen (15,000 m²) To ensure a safe, walkable, and drivable access on the operational premises, the areas, accesses, driveways, and stairs marked in the site plan must be cleared of snow and ice. This is to comply with the requirements of the traffic safety obligation for own and external personnel, as well as for shipping operators. The contractor is responsible for clearing and spreading, or spreading, the marked areas according to the attached site plans. Between 16:00 and 06:00 the contractor must independently decide on an operation depending on the weather and carry it out if necessary.
