TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this award is to conclude a contract for the provision of winter service for the following properties supervised by RIM Düsseldorf: Lot 1: Employment Agency Krefeld, Philadelphiastraße 2, 47799 Krefeld Viersen branch office, Remigiusstraße 1, 41747 Viersen Nettetal branch office, Steegerstraße 49, 41334 Nettetal The winter service to be provided under the contract must be carried out in such a way that the duty to ensure traffic safety is fulfilled and that no danger to the health and life of users arises from the areas. The contractor (AN) must be able—both in personnel terms and technically—to provide the service in accordance with the contract. The winter service period generally covers the period from 1 October to 31 March of each year. For this period, a seasonal lump sum is set. However, winter service deployments required due to weather conditions outside this period are not excluded. In all cases, end-of-season cleaning of the winter service areas by the DL (removal of spreading material) takes place at the end of April.
