TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to award a contract for the provision of winter services for the following properties managed by RIM Düsseldorf: Lot 1: Employment Agency Krefeld, Philadelphiastraße 2, 47799 Krefeld Viersen branch office, Remigiusstraße 1, 41747 Viersen Nettetal branch office, Steegerstraße 49, 41334 Nettetal The contractual winter services are to be carried out in such a way that the duty to ensure traffic safety is complied with and that the areas do not pose any risk to the health and life of users. The contractor (AN) must be capable both in terms of personnel and technically of providing the service in accordance with the contract. In principle, the winter service period covers the timeframe from 1 October to 31 March of each year. For this period, a seasonal flat-rate payment is set. Winter service deployments required due to weather conditions outside this period, however, are not excluded.
