TENDER DESCRIPTION
The aim of the award is to find a service partner capable of meeting the qualitative requirements of the UKD combined with the maximum possible economic effects. The service provision is defined in the form of a Service-Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA specifically describes the result or the service content to be checked. Based on the SLAs and a transparently designed control system, the results are checked and evaluated. Deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a points system so that significant deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportional invoice deduction.
