TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to carry out the statutory annual financial statements audit, including all related audit services, for the Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes as a legally capable institution under public law (UKS AöR), and for UKS Service GmbH as a subsidiary included in the regular audit engagement. UKS Energie GmbH is not part of the regular scope of audit and is only examined as an optional service when commissioned separately. EK-UNICO GmbH is not the subject of independent audit procedures; only the information provided in the management report regarding the annual financial statements and the minority interest is to be considered. The services include all activities required for the proper performance of the financial statements audit.
