TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality operates the reception location at Hazenweg 121 in Hengelo. This large-scale reception facility fulfills an important social function by providing temporary housing for status holders, asylum seekers, and Ukrainian displaced persons. The location is designed for long-term use and is currently being renovated and expanded to meet an increasing need for reception capacity. With a view to this expansion, the Contracting Authority wishes to arrange the facilities for washing, drying, and cooling in a sustainable, reliable, and future-proof manner. This procurement aims to select one (1) supplier capable of delivering suitable laundry facilities and refrigerators for the reception location.
