TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sheltered Living for residents aged 18 and over with psychological, psychosocial, cognitive, intellectual and/or development-related problems, including severe psychological problems (GGZ), an intellectual disability (VG), autism spectrum disorders (ASS) or a combination thereof, with or without additional addiction-related, behavioural, physical or socio-social problems. Capacity: 195 places, to be contracted with 8 providers. 195 places Sheltered Living, to be contracted with at least 8 providers. Duration 1 January 2028 to and including 31 December 2031, with an option to extend 2 x 2 years. No minimum purchase guarantee.
