Wmo Safehouse Regio Midden-IJssel

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Municipality of Deventer, acting as contracting authority on behalf of Regio Midden-IJssel (municipalities Deventer, Lochem, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte and Zutphen), concludes framework agreements for Wmo Safehouse. This concerns temporary residence in an abstinent and safe living environment with recovery-oriented support for residents aged 18 and over who, after clinical treatment for addiction-related issues, need support with their recovery and with their transition to independent living. The rates are set by the contracting authority; award is based on quality. The framework agreements start on 1 January 2028 and run until and including 31 December 2031, with an option to extend twice for two years. Framework agreements for a total of 25 Safehouse places, to be concluded with 6 providers. Duration 1 January 2028 to and including 31 December 2031, with an option to extend 2 x 2 years (maximum until and including 31 December 2035). No minimum purchase commitment.
