TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Federal Government’s housing offensive, the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) plans the redevelopment of one of the former General Customs Directorates in Potsdam. The federal property previously used for administrative buildings was completely cleared during a full demolition and prepared for subsequent urban development use. The aim is to realize a total of approximately 135 new rental apartments through high-quality new development with a differentiated mix of flats. These will be let to federal employees at affordable rents as part of housing provision. The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction of three lift systems, split across 3 multi-family buildings, as a separated measure for the tendered general contractor (GU). • Construction site area B – multi-family building B1 • Construction site area C – multi-family buildings C1a and C2 The contractor shall construct three fully operational lift systems that meet the requirements of DIN EN 81-20 and DIN EN 81-50.
