The inner courtyard is planned with a functional layout and landscaping. The following use is intended for the building complex: 226 apartments, 1 shared housing facility with 2 units for people in need of care, 1 community room, technical rooms, as well as bicycle and storage rooms. The tendered service comprises the following services: construction fencing, safety and protective measures, traffic control and monitoring, construction water, wastewater, office, meeting and sanitary containers, construction cleaning, disposal.
